What Heather said… i’ve never used my wise card as an ATM, I use it solely as a visa, no charges. I also have a Schwab atm for withdrawals without foreign transaction fees.
You don’t use it as an ATM card unless you really need to. You can always get a Charles Schwab account if you don’t want to pay ATM fees. I use mine as a debit card. Used it all over the world. In probably five or six different currencies. It’s so easy to use.

I'm not finding the Wise ATM card without fees. There is a debit card with $1.50 + 2% over $100 but no ATM card without fees 🤔
