Hi Key. I left in 2022 and have been here for 2.5 years. Are you asking for the best place to be vegan in Portugal? I live in Porto and have never experienced so many AMAZING vegan restaurants anywhere else in the world. But I'm pretty limited when it comes to this because I've only been vegan for 4 years and I haven't been able to travel as much as I did in the past. However, I found great vegan options in Setúbal, and the Algarve: Portugal. And also in Athens!! I hope this helps :)

Hi Shoshanna, do a google search or use chatGPT to ask for visa information. My cousin and sister moved there. I also recommend CePee's book: https://shehitrefresh.com/move-to-europe-book/

Hi Shoshanna, I'm super excited for you!!! I hope you can find a job there!! I do have a TEFL certificate though my friend who teaches for companies here in Portugal says she needed a CETL. I'm sure it's different depending on the company and school. Check on LinkedIn and set an alert. I had an interview with a school here in Portugal and they hire teachers who don't have certifications so hopefully there are schools in France that do that too.

Are you fluent in French? I ask because when my sister first moved there in the 90's she got a translating job.
